Cathy's Experience

Work Background

I have over 20 years’ Human Resources experience, working effectively across cultures in global organisations and partnering to Vice President level.

During that time, I have held a variety of HR roles in large Corporates within the communications, technology and energy sectors – Motorola Solutions, Thorn EMI Electronics, Philips Electronics, British Gas and Conoco.

My experience includes:

  • leading strategic HR initiatives
  • HR lead for mergers and acquisitions
  • leading organization change
  • organisational behaviour and psychology
  • employee engagement
  • talent development
  • internal coach

Key to my success in leading change programmes was being able to identify barriers to success, collaborate to overcome obstacles and deliver on objectives.  I continue to use these skills in my coaching, working collaboratively with my clients, to enable them to obtain clarity, make effective choices, commit to action and achieve results.

I am based in Buckinghamshire in the UK (close to the M4/M40 corridor), although I work with clients locally, across the UK and globally.
